1. Take a look at your existing customers
Call centers are often good at serving companies from one or more specific sectors. For example, in the Manufacturing, Automotive or Personal Services. To find new customers in these sectors, it is interesting to know in which exact sector code and company size they are registered. Often in this branch code are the companies that you are so skilled to work with as a call center. The so-called look-a-likes.
